Northside Conference Centre is ideally located in the heart of Crows Nest, the café and restaurant centre of the North Shore. We are a convenient 5 minute walk from St. Leonards train station and across the street from a multistory car park.

Parking

One (1) car space is allocated for each room within the Conference Centre Garage at no charge.  We request that the facilitator let us know in advance who will be utilizing the space so that parking arrangements can be made in advance.  For all other attendees, the following parking suggestions apply:

Off-Street parking

Off-street parking near the Centre is generally metered parking with strictly enforced regulations.  If an area is marked as “no parking” or “private parking” we request that all attending a function here, respect the rights of others and honour the parking restrictions.

Parking Stations
The Hume Street Car Park is located directly across from the Northside Conference Centre. There are 3 additional parking stations run by North Sydney Council, all in close proximity to Northside which are: Holtermann Street, Nicholson Street and Alexander Street.

Accommodation 

Because of our central location, there are any number of hotels in the North Sydney area that can accommodate your conference participants.  Many of the local hotels will run shuttle services to our facility depending on your booking numbers.  Contact us directly should you have any questions.

Local Dining

Over 200 cafes and restaurants are located within walking distance of the Northside Conference Centre.  Indian, Thai, Mexican, Chinese, Spanish, French and Modern Australian are all represented.  Inexpensive pick me up meals to gourmet dining is available.  Bazaar Beer Café (located around the corner) is a favourite for after Conference drinks, snacks and dinner and boasts Czech beers on tap.
